Beyonce announces the MRS.CARTER world tour

'I may have an announcement after the performance': Beyonce released the dates for her world tour just hours after her Super Bowl performance on Sunday night

She's just wrapped up one of the biggest performances of her career at the Super Bowl, and now she's ready to take on the world.
Beyonce formally announced the tour dates for her Mrs. Carter Show world tour on her website Sunday night - just hours after singing her heart out at the half-time show in New Orleans.

The Houston-born singer will kick off in Belgrade on April 15 and make eight stops in the UK and Ireland between April 29 and May 7.

In an ode to her husband Jay-Z -- whose real name Shawn Carter inspired the name of the tour -- she'll end the tour on August 3 in his hometown of Brooklyn, New York
